Steps to Delete Your Account

1. Navigate to the Profile Menu in the Solify mobile application.
2. Select the Delete Account option.
3. Confirm your decision to permanently delete your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

• Data Removal: Upon account deletion, all personal information, booking history, and associated data will be permanently erased from our system.
• Irreversible Action: Account deletion is final, and your data cannot be restored.
• AMC Services: If you have an active Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), it will remain valid, but account deletion will prevent access to service history or renewal information.

Exceptions

• Legal Obligations: Certain data may be retained as required by applicable laws or regulations, such as financial records related to completed transactions.
