Eligibility for Refund

  • Full refunds are provided if the booking is canceled before an employee is assigned.
  • Refunds are not applicable for:
    • Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
    • Cancellations of bookings after employee assignment.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
